When will I receive my gallery?
Sessions are delivered in 4 weeks from the session date. Weddings are delivered in 6-8 weeks from the wedding date.
Rescheduling/ Cancelations
In the event of bad weather or unexpected events, I am more than happy to reschedule your session. Sessions requested to be canceled may do so, but deposits are non-refundable and may not be applied to future bookings.
What is your booking process after filling out your contact form?
Once you fill out the contact form, I’ll shoot you a response in the next couple days. We will chat to confirm your desired session type is the right fit for you before I send you a contract for the coordinating package. The contract file will have a little questionnaire attached as well as an invoice for the services, and a place for you to pay a 20% deposit that once paid, officially books your session! The remaining balance is due by the day of your session.
Do you travel? What is your travel fee?
Yes absolutely, I’d love to travel for your session or special day! For drivable locations from Wilmington, NC I charge $1 a mile round trip. For locations requiring flights, the travel fee includes a rough estimate of the following: roundtrip flight, hotel stay, & rental car/ uber fees.
Will you share the RAW files?
As a standard practice, I do not share RAW files with clients.
Should I add a second shooter to my coverage?
If you like all the angles and want to make sure no moment goes un-captured, I would definitely recommend adding a second shooter to your package!
What all is included in your packages?
Each wedding package includes: Day of Photo Coverage, Posing Guidance, Consultation & Timeline Calls, Shared Note of Timeline Breakdown, Keep Sake Polaroids, Sneak Peek Photos, Digital High Resolution gallery, Full printing rights
Each wedding may add on the following for an additional fee: Second Shooter, Film Rolls, Rehearsal Dinner Coverage, Extra hour of coverage
What is your wedding booking process?
Inquire as a wedding client through the contact form on my website. I’ll be in touch shortly and will send you a link to my wedding pricing and information guide that will provide you with a bit more information about me, my wedding packages, and help you get a better look into a wedding day with me as your photographer.
Once you decide which wedding package and any add ons that work best for you, I’ll send you a contract for the corresponding package, add ons, travel fee, etc. It will have a questionnaire and invoice attached with a place for you to pay a 20% deposit that will officially book your wedding coverage. The remaining amount is due a week prior to your wedding day.
We booked with you!! What are our next steps?
Once you’ve signed the contract and submitted your deposit, you’re officially booked! YAY! I am so excited to be working with you and am honored to be your wedding photographer. Our next step is booking a time to have a consultation call to go over any questions you may have as well as talk all things wedding that you know so far!
We will have a few more calls throughout the course of your planning- the first consult call to get to know each other & answer all the questions, a details call when you’ve received your rough timeline, & again with the final timeline which we typically book about one month before the wedding to go over all the final things as well! I will know your timeline like the back of my hand and will be able to keep the wedding day flow moving according to plan and as peaceful as possible.
